Ayham Abou Ammar

Ayham Abou Ammar Syrian artist, born in Sweida in 1985 and a graduate of the High Institute of Music in Damascus (Oriental Music Department). Ayham specialized in Arabic singing at the High Institute of Music in Damascus in 2011/2012. Ayham is a multi-talented artist: he is a singer, oud player, writer and actor. As an actor he has already played, different roles in theater since 1996 up tell now, he joined a theater Group named HAKAYA and played over 30 deferent plays during the time between 1996 and 2004 the time he started studying Music at the High institute of music in Damascus, Syria. In TV he played in many series such as Abo Khalil Al Kabbani Directed By Inas Hakki, and Sakf Al Aalam Directed By Najdat Anzour. He participated in the TV episode about the life career of the famous great Syrian singer Asmahan where he performed the songs of two of the best well known musicians and singers in the Arabic world Fareed Al-Atrash (1915-1974) and Mohammad Abdel Wahhab ( 1902-1991) As an instrumentalist he participated in numerous festivals in Syria and abroad such as Germany, Italy, Hungary, Tunisia, Qatar, Egypt and Lebanon - where he won the first prize in Oriental singing in star search program in 2004 on MBC TV. Ayham is recently an Oud and Arabic music specialist at Al-Jalila Cultural Center for Children in Dubai, Oud and Arabic Voice specialist at Dubai Opera Arabic Orchestra. Show less «
