When I was seven, I bought The Kick Inside by Kate Bush, and it opened up this mystical world to me. I really believe in the magical garden as a safe place where a child can explore and develop and emerge, it's absolutely necessary for this safe place to exist and it's a feminine circle, the circle of family.
