Murphy was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Best Actress in a Comedy for her work on the show.Murphy wrote, produced, and acted in The Plateaus, a CBC web series, which also features Elisha Cuthbert, Jay Baruchel, Sam Roberts, and Kevin MacDonald.
