Born in Portugal, Ana has started performing at the age of six when she joined the famous school Academia de Música de Santa Cecilia, studying there for 10 years.Here Ana continued studying music, joining the Musical Conservatory Program at the age of 10. That same year Ana was chosen to integrate the school Chamber Choir, that was formed by the most talented students in the school. As part of the Choir, Ana traveled around Portugal in several concerts, both as a Choir member and as a Solo artist. As part of the Choir, Ana was also part of the amazing show O Gigante Adamastor. Years later, while studying Journalism at University, Ana enrolled in another University, the Lusiada University of Lisbon to study theater and cinema with the renowned actor, writer and director Tozé Martinho. After starting her acting studies there she caught the eye of her teacher Tozé, who invited her to join his Theater Company and be part of his play O Meu Menino, touring around the country. Once she graduated from University she enrolled the European Union program Youth In Action. With this program, Ana toured in Europe performing for children with the intent of increasing their awareness for different cultures and respect towards others. After, Ana moved to New York where she was offered a talent based scholarship to continue her studies in acting. She has since then been part of several theater productions and independent movies.
