Amélie Timer is from Vancouver, BC. She started performing at the age of 9 when she joined a worldwide program called Odyssey of the Mind. In her second year of the program, her team chose to compete in the Performance category, they won Provincial Gold, and made it to World Finals. For her third and fourth years, she acted as a Team Leader and guided her teams to World Finals both times. Amélie loved the acting, directing, and script writing she invested in her Odyssey performances and she was hooked! In 2019, Amélie decided to turn to on-camera acting and she built her resume in background work. She's now been lead in several short films, such as The Singularity, as well as the hit web-series Camp Bonkers. In April of 2020, Amélie directed, wrote, and produced her own short film, Flouncy, which won Second Place Audience Choice and Runner-Up Student FIlm in the Vancouver Quarantine Performance Project. Later in 2020, Amélie was nominated for 11 different Joey Awards and was the winner of 3: Best Commerical for her 80s-inspired Joeys Infomercial, Best Short Film for "The Bus Stop", and Best YouTube Channel. Amélie continues to train with the LeBlanc School of Acting. Show less «
