Alexis is trained in Los Angeles by Marta DuBois. She has performed over 50 scenes from Tennessee Williams to Neil Simon. Her first role was a lead in a short film called "Didi" which lead her to her most recent lead role of Emily Jones in "The Last Decent". Johnson's love of acting began at an early age. Growing up in a small farm town in Illinois, she often performed at the local "Harvest Day" festivals. Her passion for storytelling and the preforming arts increased when she attended college in New Jersey. After auditioning at the age of 18 for her first college play, "The Odd Couple", she was chosen for the part of Vera. From there she began studying acting in New York City and soon realized that moving to Los Angeles was what she needed to do in order to fully pursue a career in film. She has been a resident of California for the past 6 years. Alexis also has a passion for helping others and devotes her spare time to humanitarian work. Show less «
