Alex was born and raised in Del Mar, California. She attended the conservatory at "AMDA" (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy). Graduating from their Los Angeles campus in December of 2007 and "The New School University", New York, where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre in the winter of 2009. She obtained her Masters degree in theatre at California State University, Northridge in 2016. Alex is also a graduate of IO West's Improv program. She has done sketch/comedy work on shows, such as Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003), After Lately (2011), Chelsea Lately (2007) and Showtime's House of Lies (2012): Flight Club. She performs weekly on the iO West mainstage with her all female improv team Pumps! Aside from TV shows & film, Alex can also be seen in a variety of commercials, from Casio Cameras, Southwest Airlines, PNC Bank, Big 10 Network and a sexy Carl's Jr campaign, just to name a few.
