Alex Denney

Alex Denney is an actor, musician, and otherwise multi-hyphenate living in Los Angeles, California. Since arriving in the summer of 2012, his credits have included appearing in principle roles on nationally broadcast TV programs, as well as holding the starring role in Blumhouse Productions' innovative "Blumhouse of Horrors". He has taken scene study with Guy Camilleri of RAW Acting Studio.Before moving to LA, Alex studied film and theater at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, as well as BYU-Hawaii, on Oahu's North Shore. While there he was represented by Broadway Talent Agency and Kathy Muller Talent Agency, respectively, and held leading roles in numerous plays, short films, and commercials.Alex was raised in Chesapeake, VA, where he first gained a love of performance through singing and playing the bass guitar. In high school he studied Radio Communications at the Chesapeake Center for Science and technology, and went on to work as a professional radio DJ for Sinclair Communications' (WNIS, WTAR, WROX, WPYE, WZNR) and Chesapeake Public Schools (WFOS). He lived for two years in Montana on a service mission, where he was able to share his love of teaching and connecting with people, as well as pick up the ukulele for the first time.
